10. Shipping Policy

Shipping cost of $500 is an estimate. The exact shipping cost will be added once there is an accurate weight and crate dimensions. Shipping cost will be added to the remaining balance which is due once the project is complete and your product has been crated and shipping arranged. If you paid in full, a separate invoice for shipping will be sent to you once there is an accurate shipping cost.

11. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of the project, a full refund may not be possible. However a partial refund may be issued minus the cost of materials and labor up to the point a refund is requested.
